2010-2011 will be a dream season at The Orpheum Theatre. Filled with Tony® Award-winners, audience favorites, stunning classics, and amazing spectacle, the 2010-2011 Broadway season is full of fun, passion, and excitement.

January 18-23, 2011

based off of Disney's animated feature.

"Our Broadway season is once again filled with the top-notch shows that our devoted audiences have come to expect and enjoy," said Pat Halloran, president and CEO of The Orpheum Theatre. "This entertaining and rewarding series has something for everyone. We've included shows that families can enjoy together, shows with great story lines, smart comedies, and big blockbusters with great songs and big dance numbers. We are also taking our concert series to a whole new level. Liza Minnelli, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons will join our star-studded lineup."

Harrah's Tunica will once again sponsor the Broadway season. "Harrah's believes that The Orpheum helps to make our community a better place to live. As it states in Harrah's Code of Commitment, we are committed to making the communities in which we operate vibrant places to live and work. We believe that by sponsoring this Broadway Season and The Orpheum, we are fulfilling that commitment," said Scott Barber, Harrah's Tunica Regional President.

"We're thrilled to have Harrah's Tunica as our season sponsor again this season. The mission of Harrah's Tunica and The Orpheum Theatre parallel one another. Both organizations are committed to providing quality, diverse entertainment to the Mid-South. By joining forces, we ensure our community has access to the best performing arts and The Orpheum remains a cultural gem," said Leanne McQuown, Vice President of Development for The Orpheum. This is the third consecutive season sponsored by Harrah's Tunica.

2009/2010 season ticket holders will have the first option to renew their seats. After the renewal deadline, all seats will be available for purchase to new season ticket holders. "The Orpheum Theatre will soon unveil a specially priced opening night package," said Halloran. "This will enable patrons to see the show first at the very best price."

Information regarding season tickets will be available at orpheum-memphis.com by mid April or at the Theatre during all performances of SOUTH PACIFIC, March 23-28, 2010.
